Very happy with the Consultant and the treatment options. I was less happy with trying to obtain contact, and communications with Tayside Complete Health Clinic. On 2 separate attempts to contact the Clinic, by telephone, using the website advertised phone number of 01382 549088 (on the FAQs), a recorded message said they were very busy and that I should leave a message and that they would contact me. This didn't happen. Additionally, on an email reminder of my appointment from Tayside Complete Health, a link requesting me to Complete my Medical History Form for new patients, didn't work.

Dr Affleck listened to the history of my problem and gave a careful explanation of what was involved and how I could be treated .The treatment with liquid nitrogen took only about 15 minutes, and I left with full information about how to look after myself in future. I was very pleased with this outcome. Dr Affleck is very friendly and communicates extremely well.

I had a long standing skin problem and made the appointment with an experienced consultant . He examined the problem skin and gave me advice which I shall try to follow . I think this questionnaire could be phrased to produce a more accurate picture ! eg Re "a condition" as worded below . I have a skin condition but none of the diagnoses listed above.
